Config password encoder algorithm in Sylius 1.4

I’ve upgraded successfully Sylius to 1.4. But my servers PHP has not installed Argon2i I’d like change the configuration to use bcrypt for example. Where and how can I override the config of Sylius/UserBundle/Resources/config/app/config.php
